In terms of payment, we follow a structured approach. After the sample is accepted, a 30% deposit is charged before commencing production. We then adhere to the agreed-upon timeline for delivery. Upon completion of production, clients are provided with images of the physical stock or can opt for in-person inspection. At this stage, we collect 70% of the balance before arranging the final delivery.

Furthermore, we stand behind the quality of our products. Within one month of receiving the goods, if any quality issues are identified, clients have the option to return the products for rework or repayment.
